Google Business Profile
Connect the Google account that manages your listings, then match each Gid location to its Google listing. Gid suggests a reply you can edit before publishing, and you publish it to Google yourself.

Spreadsheets
Bring the whole roster in from a spreadsheet or a document you already have, and review it before the invites go out. A manager can also turn an uploaded schedule or task list into shifts and tasks.

Files, photos and videos
Upload PDF, Word, Excel and CSV files, photos and videos to Operations Knowledge. Gid suggests a category, and Gid answers the team's questions from your documents.

Pick your system
Managers and owners open System Integrations in the menu and pick their point of sale, HR, payroll or accounting system. Not in the list? Type the systems you use in the Gid chat on the same screen.

A ticket opens
Gid opens a support ticket for that system in your account, and you follow it in Support.
Step 3
We set it up with you
Our technical team pairs with you directly to set up the connector. Credentials never leave a secure channel, and we coordinate with you before any live connection.
No self-serve public API
Gid does not offer a self-serve public API. Integrations are set up with our team, inside your workspace.

No. Gid suggests a reply you can edit before publishing, and a person publishes every reply.
Can I bring my team in from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Open People, bring the roster in from a spreadsheet, review the details, then send the invites.
