Request permanent deletion of your Gid AI account and data

⚠️ Account deletion starts a 30-day grace window. You can cancel anytime during those 30 days using the link in the confirmation email we send you. After the grace window, your data (including profile information, training records, chat messages, and schedule history) is permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using any of the following methods:

In the Gid app: Go to Settings (⚙️ icon in the top bar) → Delete My Account
Online: Fill out the form below
By email: Send a request to privacy@gidai.ca with the subject "Account Deletion Request"

What Gets Deleted

Your account and login credentials
Personal profile information (name, email, phone)
Training records and certification progress
Chat messages and communication logs
Schedule history and availability preferences
Uploaded media files (profile photos, training documents)
Push notification tokens and preferences

Some records are retained only as required by law (for example, financial and employment records kept for up to 7 years), plus a hashed suppression record so you are not re-contacted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
