How to submit a request

1. Email privacy@gidai.ca from the address associated with your Gid account.
2. Use the subject line Personal Data Access Request and include your name and company or workplace.
3. Our privacy team verifies your identity and confirms which personal data is in scope.
4. We provide a written response no later than 30 days after receiving the request.

A portability response covers personal data that applicable law places in scope. It does not disclose another person's confidential information, authentication secrets, security credentials, or unrestricted company-wide records.

Contact the privacy team

Never email your password, an access token, government identification, or payment-card details. We will request only the minimum additional information needed for identity verification.
